hupser.

Trainers and sensors: Help pairing a Bluetooth FTMS smart trainer, ERG control, and heart-rate, power, and cadence sensors.

Account and connections: Help with sign-in, your profile, friends, and uploading rides to Strava or Intervals.icu.
Data requests: Ask about hupser’s data practices or request access, correction, deletion, or export of your information.

Send feedback from the app.

Open Settings → Submit feedback, or tap Report a problem when a trainer won’t connect or after a ride. Your message goes to us with your app version, build, operating system, and an installation identifier, and with your account’s name and email so we can reply, unless you choose Send anonymously. Include diagnostics (on by default) also adds your paired devices and a log of recent trainer and ride events, never device names; See what’s sent shows exactly what goes out.

Manage your data.

Riding with others and friends

Turn “Ride with others” on or off in Settings. Choose what friends see, whether people can send requests from the Nearby list, and reset your friend code in Settings → Friends & privacy.

Strava and Intervals.icu

Connect, disconnect, or turn off automatic uploads in Settings → Integrations. You can also manage Strava at hupser.app/account/.

Usage analytics

“Share usage data” is off unless you turn it on. On iPhone and iPad, change it in Settings → Share usage data; on Mac or Windows, in Settings → Account → Privacy.

Delete your account

On iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Windows, open Settings → Account → Delete account. On Android, open Settings → hupser account → Delete account. You can also delete it at hupser.app/account/. We email a confirmation link before permanently deleting your account and its online data. Rides saved on your device stay there.
